Militarized G4S & Triple Canopy Security Guards Keep Harming Good Residents in San Francisco & Beyond

San Francisco, California & Worldwide:  Why Do 'Militarized' G4S Secure Solutions & Triple Canopy Security Guards Keep Harming Innocent Residents in San Francisco & Beyond ?

    First, we had a G4S Security Guard being assassinated and his 'nuclear facility pass key device' stolen from his apartment in Belgium, two days after The Brussels Terrorist attacks,  several years ago.

     A Strange Coincidence to say the least.

    Then in 2016, we had one G4S Guard commit a horrific terrorist attack 'massacre' at the LGBTQ friendly Pulse nightclub, in Orlando Florida.

    Then we had the G4S Officer at the Safeway Potrero who kicked (twice) and killed a tiny dog named Rosco (see:  #whokilledrosco & google:  Safeway Rosco G4S Link Below at bottom of page) who actually covered up his uniform and badge, prior to his final 'field goal kick' of Rosco the tiny dog.  


      This 2016 Safeway G4S Guard Assault incident took place over several hours of harassment of Rosco's owner (who had taken video of the guard beating on a teenager, starting at about six in the morning) resulting in the final result of Rosco being kicked twice, to his death, the customer emotionally being totally disaffected and the G4S Guard being arrested.     Local SF Animal Control & S.F.P.D. all stepped up to do right,  in memory of tiny, 12 year old Rosco.

    Big thanks to Mr. Vic Lee, Channel 7 News, who gave great news coverage and showed great compassion for the loss of Rosco and other pet owners disaffected by incidents like this.

     He's likely still employed with G4S because the victim was incapable of dealing with the civil and criminal prosecution of the case.

      He was devastated by the attack and loss of his beloved tiny dog Rosco, which was a family pet for twelve years and known for his appearance at local rallies, demonstrations, Occupy SF and union strikes, et cetera.

      Protest BBQ's (Memorial and an anniversary one a year later) were held at the San Francisco Safeway Potrero Store where local residents & respectable SFPD Officers paid their last respects to tiny Rosco, who was known to so many of our locals.

      Rosco and his owner have attended more protests & events in this city over the past decade than many human locals....  

   Now, in 2019,  we have Two More Issues with Security Guards from G4S Secure Solutions and Triple Canopy Security. 

      Both are militarized which makes placing them into high conflict situations with civilians (without mental health testing, support and monitoring) an unwise practice that puts our lives at risk, every day.

      Also sets up, perhaps unstable or un-socialized veterans 'at risk' of failing because they would be better off employed in environments that help them stay cool to heal,  not be used as 'police' in the midst of folks who are often likely to resent being forced or 'controlled' by folks in uniforms, with guns and military attitudes.

      Many are underpaid and have known and unknown tendencies to be violent and too many are trained to kill from their military experience. 

    In the case of Triple Canopy,  which was created by special forces type military personnel who are trained to be in war battles and many have serious issues that may cause them to be triggered into being out of control,  especially when dealing with civilians who are used to being free from threats and force in their daily lives.


     They (soldier war trained individuals) may do great in foreign battle arenas but not so good here in our U.S. Communities where civility, tolerance and reason trump force, guns and military commands.

     Soldiers escalate control and are ill equipped to be highly tolerant of residents who act up, are high on pharma or other drugs, or are mentally ill or have other physical impairments that prevent them from being able to control their minds, mouths or movements which is why they need our help, in the first place.


     To be included & assisted, as is,  not to be thrown out unless they are causing actual harm to others, et cetera.    

    Many residents who have disabilities have reported a Male Security Guard(s) at the General Assistance Office and other public benefits or medical related facilities getting angry and abusive towards patients and applicants for benefits who are there in order to get better from what ails them. 

   Instead of being professional and tolerant of all,  short of imminent violent strike or showing of a weapon,  these Security Guard(s) employed by Triple Canopy act like macho, do-as-I-say-now-or-leave kind of men who have chips on their shoulder.

        They are in fact, unduly & wrongly Delaying & Denying these disabled and ill residents from applying for and receiving their Benefits, under Color of Authority. 

       This directly violates many health, safety and professions laws and state rights to obtain benefits without arbitrary or frivolous denial of access to said benefits by Macho Top Gun Militarized Security Guards who are Not Above The Law. 

    Their 'trying to be slick', aggressive, prejudicial mistreatment of locals applying for benefits or to attend mandatory appointments causes a great deal of harm and causes financial losses, delays to obtain critical benefits.

     These delays & losses caused by the prejudicial Security Guard & Company also  causes folks to become homeless or stay homeless only because these out of control, control freak Security Guards are roadblocking them at the door,  without any real public safety concern. 

    Often loud or nutty residents (with cussing syndrome aka Terets, for example) shows up to their medical benefits appointment (to get help with their condition) but un-professional biases Security Guards can't handle them so they kick them out of the public facility -- without legitimate cause. 

    These militarized, over-reactionary private Security Guards are acting in  criminal ways that causes real harm to folks who are coming to these public places for the help they need, in the first place.

     They (discriminatory minded biased guards) cause waste and lack of appointment goal achievements for social, welfare and benefits workers every day because their messed up clients & patients are being denied access to their appointed meetings with these workers.  

    Blaming it all on the homeless, poor, elderly or disabled person for 'not showing up' for their appointments, time and time again.  Instead of the militarized security guards who have issues from war that preclude many of them from being 'tolerant enough' & smart enough to not deny services to anyone, unless absolutely necessary due to a real & present violent encounter.    

     Many of our residents are noisy and disruptive where ever they go and non-militarized folks here for decades do not over react or try to throw people out for being themselves, as they are in their present human condition.  

     Only if a resident becomes threatening or uses violence is there a need to 'police' them or consider denying them access. 

     But, because any one in that public space says or does something that bothers you or others (according to our local standards not some other police or military standard or personal dislikes) is NOT sufficient reason to bully them or delay their lawful reason for being there (i.g. applying for food stamps or medical care, etc). 

   

    So, having militarized security in the midst of mentally ill and medically ill or desperate residents is NOT a great idea at all.  

     Just as G4S Guards at Safeway at Potrero resulted in many complaints against them by residents, especially those with animals that were hassled & harassed by these militarized, underpaid guards until it escalated into the premeditated type assault on one customer and his dog Rosco, who was killed by a guard, trained to kill. 

      Then in 2018 to date, reports coming in about Triple Canopy Security appears to be deploying 'Security Guards' at public offices which are in reality,  trained killers being deployed in dense, high civilian contact and conflict areas & our mentally ill, disabled, elderly and medically affected residents.

    You want social and mental health trained Security Officers using their minds, psychology & tones of voice to de-escalate folks by being smart & professional (calm, cool & collective at all times).

       Using militarized "trained to control" methods & 'use force to gain compliance with orders' mentality trained veterans as Security Guards -- amongst our most vulnerable civilian residents, doesn't work very well.  

       Trying to control folks on drugs or having mental or emotional issues does not work with force, threat of force, or by being trespassed (for any time at all) or threatened with trespass -- because folks in these conditions do not respond to force -- they are already suffering and need compassion, understanding and relief, not some big security guard with a gun threatening him in any way, whatsoever.

   CLEAR & PRESENT DANGER CASE IN 2018 & 2019 - ONGOING

    

         Lastly, also from 2018 to date in 2019 (active) we have a new report about a G4S Secure Solutions Security Guard who has been threatening;   harassing and trying to do a kind of False Imprisonment Under Color of Authority in the low income SRO Hotel he lives in, on Valencia Street in the Mission District.


     A federally subsidized  residential housing building for about 80 disabled, elderly residents.    Many have lived there for decades.

       According to tenants, this G4S Security Guard Uniform wearing resident moved in awhile ago and is fairly new to the building.      He hasn't changed the name on his U.S. Mail Box in the Hotel Lobby, so no one knows his name, only his face and persona.


       Complaints & police reports will have to be filed as John Doe, G4S Security Guard until his identity has been determined.   

         We're told that whenever anyone went to go or goes to visit their neighbors &  friends near "his" hallway  (each hallway has access to about 4 or 5 living units each) he would threaten them (with or without brandishing a weapon tucked under his shirt) and demands that they stay away from his hallway. 

   

      The tenants are really freaking out and they would call the police except recently an undercover SFPD unit attacked an innocent  resident in the front doorway without trying to check his ID or listen to other tenants & desk clerk,  so there is not much trust for the police at this time 


    Too many (elite owned, militarized, global companies) Private Guards (like G4S) working closely with regular city police and county sheriffs deputies to the point that we can't trust our law enforcement when it comes to reporting criminal behavior by privatized guards in public places to them. 


     We must get privatized public services OUT of our communities and public places.   We need security who works For Us Locally, not for a global corporation who doesn't care about us, let alone their own staff.    

         One elderly tenant went to the Hospital Emergency Room shortly after other tenants heard him in a confrontation with that G4S Security Guard on the 2nd Floor of the SRO Hotel.  

      He suffered some sort nervous or heart condition according to other tenants who walked his stretcher out to the ambulance. 

     The tenants know that it's in the lease -- that guns on site (federally subsidized building) are not permitted and trying to tell other tenants where to go in the common areas of the building (akin to False Imprisonment) is illegal and violates the material conditions of the lease. 

   

    Tenants in any building have the right to visit others and go into any other common area and no one, especially someone in a uniform or being threatening with gestures or weapons -- has any right to tell any tenant or lawful guest where to go or who to visit or not, period.

Share Stories of SF Officials, SFPD Violating Human Rights-Abuse & Kidnapping in 2016

    

   We've been monitoring the conduct and behavior of our Mayor Edwin Mah Lee and our San Francisco Board of Supervisor Members towards our most vulnerable sector of our residents, being those of us who are homeless and poor.   

      Keeping in mind that it was this Mayor (and others higher up in state government) who MADE CASH for themselves by supporting the rapid Importation of more than 15,000 Foreign Workers into our communities, which CREATED 20,000+ New Homeless.

      To MOVE PEOPLE against their will on the street or from one place to another for Business Profits is a GROSS VIOLATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS.

     It is a Felony often called False Imprisonment;  False Arrest;  Kidnapping.    If you or I do that to another Human Being, we'd be arrested and may be charged with multiple felonies.

    No Human in San Francisco has the right to force another human being to move without great cause to protect life or prevent a serious, imminent harm.    This includes shortsided or paid off politicians in office or cops in uniform. 

    If they force YOU to move without a genuine public safety cause, they are acting out crimes whether they realize or acknowledge it or not.   They are GUILTY of Crimes Against Humanity and other local and state and federal laws.

    Educate yourself on the laws they are breaking while being paid tax dollar salaries and pensions.   Here are 3 ways to help keep you and your property safe, while homeless.

   1.   DO NOT SLEEP OR BE ALONE.  Easiest way to be abused is to be alone.

   2.  ALWAYS HAVE FOLKS WITH VIDEO CAMS AND CELL PHONE VIDEO DEVICES COSE BY.   Proving what happens makes all the difference to win any case or conflict.

   3.  DOWNLOAD THE ANDROID APP "CELL 411" TO CREATE NETWORKS FOR HELP & LIVE STREAM RECORDING OF ALTERCATIONS WITH CRIMINALS ON OUR STREETS OR INSIDE SRO HOTELS.   

    4.   KEEP A JOURNAL.   Take notes every day on what you see city workers, cops, case workers, social workers DO and SAY TO YOU.   Note the date and time and people's names.   Get in the habit of asking every city or non-profit worker you see their names. Share your notes with TRUSTED peers in your community.

Sadly Watching My Friend Hitting Herself in Head While Congress Writes Law Based on ASSumptions

   Watching a friend in line getting coffee, beating herself in the head a half dozen times, because of the lack of good care she needs for her illnesses -- makes me very, very sad. 

So, I got outside to cry because I can both see and feel her pain.  Have you ever seen anyone you cared about or knew, suffer in front of your eyes, their mental illness by hitting themselves in the head ?     I imagine any person with trauma that replays in their minds lives in constant pain.   Everyone wants human pain and suffering to go away, but how come we have all failed over the past several generations ?

   You all move so fast with your anger and hateful emotions to pass laws, blame people and change policies and influence the masses with what amounts to, a bunch of crap in your heads from television.  All you decision makers DO NOT make your decisions about our health and safety based on Facts, Science and Evidence.   You keep taking away our choices, our rights to be left alone, our rights to not be mass incarcerated and felonized for non-violent crimes in prisons that only serve to beat down the innocent and the criminals until they come out as desperate, abandoned, hate filled souls that come back to gentrified neighbors run by the elite for their luxury benefits, not to meet our basic human  needs.

    I think I know this man Lopez-Sanchez and even if it turns out I don't, the fact remains that all you have made up your mind, based on what News Actors and Politicians (whom 4 out of 5 Americans do not trust with great cause) to label him A Murderer and you foolishly are moving ahead to hate on our city, our policies, our elected and appointed officials, based on what ?   NOTHING!    You still have not shown or proven FOR A REASONABLE FACT where and how high off the ground was The Fed Gun when it was discharged in his hand or not and have no proof of his fingerprints on the gun, its barrell or trigger.

   I hope if you are ever under scrutiny before the law for any act or accident you do, that you don't have any members of Congress, mass media, easily swayed public or families of victims or folks running for office on your jury or in your court room or you will surely be convicted and hung, without facts because that is exactly what all these people are doing, right now.   

   You all are trying to fix the past and change the future to do with an event that you have no real solid fact to run on.   You are using prescripted agendas and plans to exploit this tragedy and everyone involved to 'make a crisis' that you all as Gods can 'fix' for a bunch more of our tax money with promises to at least save at least one life from the same fate.

   That is such a crock of shit !   Same con game lies to get you all to hate immigrants while ten times more 'legal immigrants' pay big bucks to get 'legal visas' with the INTENT to further crimes for their sponsors here.... Are you all this blind ?   Blinded by emotions incited by Talking Heads.

 Here's my reality today.   I spend most of my time reducing harm, saving lives and making changes based on facts and real life human conditions on our streets, every day.  Today is no exception.

 

  Instead of reviewing the Lopez-Sanchez interview (47 min one) I went outside to cry like a baby, because its hard to see so much money, power and wealth (in Congress, government, corporations) being spent on luxury lifestyles of the elite, while their frauds, authorities and for profit mega prison builders exploit tragedies and your emotions to carry out their agendas.

    All paid for by your taxes every time they play your emotions to pass laws that will not and can not ever change the past isolated tragedies or even begin to prevent new ones.   We have folks IN HARM'S WAY NOW that need our support but instead, you are all distracted by Immigration Reforms, Chants of Murderer other propaganda that has mesmerized you all.

    Changing policy, law, views on our Sheriff, Sanctaury based on the Isolated Steinle Case is pure insantiy and evil at work.   NONE OF YOU has ANY PROOF OR FACT that the Gun was discharged with Intent (Murder) or NOT (Accident).

   Are you so blinded by emotionally charged rage (towards concepts, policiies, people and strangers you have never met and do not know) that you can not get control over your selves?    Can you clearly SEE the difference between a Murder and an Accident or have you also lost your mind ?

   If the gun went off by Accident, which is a condition of being human anywhere on this planet, then there is no amount of rage, law or policy change or prison building that will ever STOP a human accident, period.  Stop being delusional, oh if we pass this law and save one life.. it's worth it....

   No, it's not.  Because if it saves a life, you will never know it because you can't prove that any law can stop a human accident in which conditions exist where any person may have access to a dangerous thing and accidently be harmed or cause a harm.  This 'pass these laws fast (which disrupt and cause many more costs and problems that you think, because you're not thinking, you are acting prematurely based on misplaced emotions) mentallity and insane repetitive cycle is nothing more than a massive charade to get you all to support stuff that enriches the elite and DOES NOT SAVE LIVES OR REDUCE HARMS, in the Real World (non mass media, non-ipod distracted physical street world).

    All the other activities of legal (paid off visas for folks who aren't backgrounded well) immigration which in SF, at the rate of 15,000 new over 18 months, causes much more conflict, harm, loss and violence (by enabling jacked up market rates, job and home displacement, destabilization of community, financial ruin, desperation) than likely any group of 15,000 so-called 'illegals'.  

    Facts already tell us much higher percent of Americans per capita cause harm and death than ANY group of 'illegal residents'.  

   So, instead of us all spending time on What We Know and Can Prove is causing massive suffering and home and job loss and premature illnesses and death, in the here and now, in our city and all of our cities, we have the Steinle Family being jacked around and exploited to support more 'rush to pass' (we call that being railroaded, ya'all) laws that WILL DO NOTHING BUT CAUSE MORE HARM AND NOT REDUCE HARM OR SAVE LIVES.

   All of these 'faux changes' and hatred toward 'illegals' has NOTHING to do with any sick, mentally ill or drug adicted man from finding a Gun [ that was already under the tighest of checks and securities - being a federal LEA's issued or personal gun we could have ] -- and using it to harm another.   

   Either intentionally (as you all ASSumed already, based on the ramblings of a drug induced, english as a 2nd Language, 3rd Grade educated, social outcast who feels guilty and is a long time sufferer of trauma and man made drugs and alcohol) or having it discharge by accident ( See: Sao Paulo Police Reject 98,000 .40 Caliber, S & W Police Tactical Guns because they kept discharging while shaken, with or without safety on) such as a mechanical defect or by being dropped and kicked or without being aimed at a person.

   The chances of any other person, local or not being under the influence of pharma drugs passing by is about 6 or 7 out of 10, who could have picked up that fed gun and caused much greater damage by accident or by intent.  No law or policy change on Earth can, in reality, ever stop or 'reduce the chances' of having a Tragic Human Accident.  That's why they call them accidents.   Since we know a higher percentage of folks here legally, cause much more crime than illegals, changing policies on illegals will do NOTHING to reduce the chance of another person doing the same or worse, given the condtion of having a loaded fed gun on the ground, that apparently was not searched for very hard by SFPD.  Not to blame them, but no law or policy change can stop a person, any person, from picking up a loaded gun causing harm, period.   

   Well, many of you no longer hear or act in accordance with facts, logic, reason and common sense of good judgement.  Many of us suspect that among you, you members of Congress, Leadership, Candidates for Office, Office Holders, News Actors and even inside the families of victims, suspects and witnesses, SEVEN OUT OF TEN OF YOU -- ARE USING BIG PHARMA OR LIQUOR.

    Which may make you an easy target to BE INSANE and try to BE GODS and change the past or future by using what earthly powers you have to blame others, waste time and effort on fake targets and causes as you all seek to change it all with more laws and more policy changes.   

   Which in the end, only shows those of us --- who do not use big pharma or liquor how corrupted and dysfunctional everything is when 'folks in power and trust' put Making Mone and using Drugs, Alcohol & Hate ahead of people, natural medicines at cost for all, truth, facts, evidence, reason, compasion and common sense.    When you're mentally stable and not high on drugs or alcohol,  most of your decisions tend to be much better than when you're unstable or out of control on drugs or liquor, right ?

   You are all to blame.   

      If I had a magic wand, I'd make you all Deaf and Dumb so you can't talk.  

      That way, all you can do is LOOK & THINK and maybe in that way, you will see inside yourselves that every time you make changes based on your own emotions and hatred, you are actually enriching the elite who will profit as these changes you support now, cause even more conflict, violence, loss and harm to millions.... it's YOUR FAULT because you are either ignorant or out of control due to hate, drugs or alcohol, period. 

   Time to go back to reducing harm, saving lives and doing what's right, based on fact and reason, unilke what you all keep doing which makes me sad and pushes me towards depresssion because I know when all YOU think clearly and are not under the influence of mass hysteris, stereotyping, lies from the media, Feinstein or other hate filled name callers or on drugs or liquor, you probably are a nice person who makes good decisions, I hope.

     A well known local 'patients' rights' advocate, suffering years of leg problems associated with diabetes, went down to the San Francisco General Hospial yesterday, Friday June 5, around noon.  He can barely walk and is very large boned, heavy set elderly man.

     After receiving treatment from interns and nurses and had his legs wrapped up, he walked out from the hospital onto the sidewalk to go to his home in the mission.

    As he walked he saw a shiny, silver 'button' style earring and bent over to pick it up.

    As soon as he was in a crouched position, undercover officers jumped out, yelled at him not to move and he had to because he was in pain.   One very heavy set, short filipino officer (in uniform) and about seven other plainsclothes officers jumped the patient and beat on him.

   A crowd of patients, residents, nurses and interns were all around watching and tried to intervene as they cops had grabbed the patients' camera, smashed it and took out the memory card (which had irreplaceable photos of his relatives, family, baby pics and potential evidence of abuse by police in this case).

     While he was handcuffed behind his back, they officers kept picking him up off the ground from behind and dropped him onto his knees, causing excruciating pain.  They did this several times until the nurses and folks came forward to protest and stop the torture. 

    Other officers blockcaded the view of the beatings and told everyone to get away this is 'police business'.

   The victim believes this is in retaliation for narcotics dealers near his home, with whom he's had confonrtations with and were overheard talking about having 'friends' in the SFPD go after him.    

     It's likely the 'shiny earring' ploy is a standard tactic to get folks to 'bend over' like they were picking up crack to justify attacks by this 'beating squad' led by the Filipino, uniformed SFPD Officer, who was directing these illegal acts involving multiple undercover cars and about 7 other officers. 

    We suppose they're from the Mission District Station or perhaps Potrero Station, we're checking on that.

   Here's notes from our chat with this unfortunate victim: 

  (Note:  We're starting 'legal defense" crowd funding to help folks like him, that we know and trust, beaten by criminal officers and others, especially involving criminal tenants and landlords doing bad things to us all, more often now).

   The officers picked him up and dropped him onto his knees, with hands held behind his back over and over again.  Easy way to shatter knee caps.

 

     The SFPD Offices smashed his camera, and were seen beating the disabled elderly patient while handcuffed -- by many hospital staff, patients and nurses who just treated him came out and confronted the police.   The police blockaded the nurses said 'this is a police matter'

   Then they took off to the police station,…Four door large undercover unit, with a rack cage.  Little fat phillipino officer in uniform was passenger in car.  Apparently 'directing' the operations of this squad.

   On way to station patient kept demanding them to tell him why they beat him and attacked him and tortured him and arrested him.  What are the charges.  And told him to stop drooling on the car seats (he was drooling from panic, shock and from pain)

    Then, they stopped the car and told him to get out and go away.  He replied he couldn't because he was handcuffed behind his back, in pain and can't open the door from the inside.   The officers kept yelling at him and to jump out of the car, said he couldn't, until an officer got out and opened the door. 

   They tried to force him to sign a piece of paper.  disclaiming that he's being arrest or detained but released without charges, akin to this incident never happened. 

After they dragged him out of the car and kicked him in the side.  If you don't run away we're going to do what we did to you again.

   MORAL OF THIS STORY TO BE SAFE:

 

   Our friend ran away and did NOT sign the bogus paper to cover up these horrific crimes, under color of authority, by folks who make their salary from Our Tax Dollars.

    So, if YOU see something shiny on the ground, do NOT pick it up.  It's a trap to enable violent, out of control officers (sergeants and above) and patrol officers and corrupted drug agents to beat you, felonize you and put you in prison, all based on entrapment and lies and intimidation. 

   POLICE VIOLENCE HAPPENING MORE OFTEN THAN PEOPLE REALIZE:

      Many of the cases our groups have reported on have been presented to our State Attorney General Kamala Harris, but alas, she has close relationships with most of these thug players stealing our local cash flows and public resources to the elite, so we don't expect justice any time soon.  We're on our own now, People.

  Be aware of your surroundings.  Do NOT travel or sleep alone anywhere.  Travel in groups with ample cell phones (turned off, battery out until ready to use), video and audio recording devices and live stream or upload in real time whatever you can since we know cops in San Francisco who do crimes, will steal your stuff and videos and destroy cameras to obstruct justice and for the fun of it, because they are out of control.

    POLICE AND GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES ARE OUT OF CONTROL: 

    They likely abuse drugs, alcohol or have mental defects and condtions that must be exposed or more of our people will be targeted, set up, beaten and murdered under the false color of authority.

  Chief Suhr, we've only touched on the tip of these criminals in uniform ice bergs. When we said we live in a State of Emergency, we were serious.  When we said nothing short of a massive purge of our law enforcement and government by Mandatory Drug, Liquor and Mental Health Testing and Evaluations is the ONLY WAY to stop this madness.

Odd Couple Predators Beat on Homeless Woman with Police Baton in SF Mission District 2-4am 3-26-2015

** PUBLIC SAFETY ALERT - SAN FRANCISCO, CA-MISSION DISTRICT **

ATTN: BE ON THE LOOK OUT - 2 Males Beating Sleeping Women Near Valencia Street and 16th Street in the Mission. Another beating happened to our gentle friend, last night. 

     She's the sweet woman with 'pastey white' face who hangs out near Taqueria La Cumbre on Valencia for the past several years.  We feed her and watch out for her, but last night she was beaten while asleep.

 Here's the story, so far: 

Thu Mar 26, 2015 - Approx. 2-4am, 16th & Valencia, 16th & Rondel Alley: 

      A young homeless woman we know was beaten last night on Valencia Street, near 16th Street in the middle of the night. The two assailants were both dark skinned (black, dark brown) men in their late 40's to late 50's.

     First man, 6" - 3" Tall, heavy build, wearing all black shirt, cotton pullover, dark blue jeans who touched her while sleeping on the sidewalk and she told him to leave her alone, she's sleeping. 

That man started kicking her in the ribs.

Collapsible Baton Stick & Case

    Then a second man, much shorter ( 5'-7, 8" tall, medium build) and in his late 40's (younger than the other) pulled out a Police Baton (similar to picture) Stick and repeated strikes in her face and ribs.   She was shaken up when we spoke to her, the ages may be reversed...

 She now has Five Broken Ribs. 

  She did not report the incident to SFPD, at first, because SHE IS AFRAID OF THEM. 

  They have harassed her before and she doesn't even drink liquor or use drugs and never bothers anyone, except when she's normally upset about something, as we all get.

    She also knew how Sgt. Petuya had harassed our elderly attorney and what's worse is that when Sgt. Petuya was harassing us over the elder attorney sitting on a $25 stool while we talked legal matters, it shows how out of touch and 'thoughtless' our officers have become over the past several years.

    We told her that even though there are bad acting, biased officers like Sgt. Petuya, we told her that not all cops in San Francisco are that way. 

   We have many wise and just officers who do their jobs by NOT bothering good people and by focussing only on those folks causing harm, every day.

That is what 'real police officers' do. They HELP us to be safe from bad people. 

  They focus attention on those that harm us. We support Good Cops who don't waste time acting out their personal hate on elders, people of one skin color or another or other factors that make them a liability to us all and not an asset as the good cops are.

    Only the lowest form of cops spend their time hating on and nitpicking over the tiniest of 'technical violations' because they take out their anger and 'power trip' over the 'weakest' most vulnerable members of our society. 

  These are coward predators, no different from these two violent predators that attacked this harmless sleeping friend of ours. 

The good cops, the ones we respect, honor and admire do not spend any time on matters that do not reduce harm and save lives.

   They do not harass our poor people, our elders and our homeless. 

   And once they know your gender, they refer to you with the proper pronouns, because to good cops your persona is important. 

    They SEE YOU as a real live, flesh and blood human deserving of respect and to be LEFT ALONE if you are not harming anyone else, period. You are not just 'one of those…. blah, blah, blah' folks on the streets….

     This is not the same city we all grew up in. Chase bank and predator corporations are destroying our neighborhoods, block by block for immense cash flows that leave town.  Our leaders are helping them.

   Our leaders have allowed all manner of mentally ill, violent, drug or alcohol addicted officers into our police and sheriff departments who do spend time and tax dollars picking on people because they are mentally defective by illness or by substance abuse which GOES UNCHECKED in our law enforcement departments.

     When are our City Leaders going to PURGE the ranks of our police and sheriffs department of the hordes of abusers, beaters and murderers that have grown over time, to the point where this Sgt. thought he was doing something right by bothering an elder attorney and her client who WERE NOT BOTHERING ANYONE OR BREAKING ANY JUST LAWS, PERIOD.

    If you were a cop and saw an elder woman with her client on a sidewalk not bothering anyone, what is in your mind when you see them ? 

   What, you don't' like old people ? Or you like bothering people at rest to exhibit how powerful you are ?

We recalled the last part of our encounter with Sgt. Peyuta, he invaded our space and bothered the people whose taxes pay his salary.   He works FOR US. 

    We don't WORK FOR HIM. He has Authority over us if we break a law, or bother others, but, when that's not the case, he works for us. 

    As the elder attorney's blood pressure spiked she told the officer how rotten it was for him to even bother us, since there was no reason, except a personal bias or vision of hate towards 'people just hanging out, freely' which triggered him to think he had to do something and exert power where none was needed.

 

    This shows he must have a mental problem (to bother folks not bothering anyone) from drug, alcohol or due to undiagnosed illness, because it's NOT NORMAL for any officer to go bother us the way he did. He kept calling her Sir and had no explanation as to WHY he chose to not follow city policy or police department policy (he denied knowing either re: Sit/Lie to be used only if folks are bothering others nor the Cannabis Lowest Priority City Ordinance).

     In fact, we've had scores of officers walk by us when we medicate with cannabis or do BBQ's and have chairs to sit in.... for the past FIVE YEARS.

AND NO OTHER OFFICER HAS EVEN SEEN A NEED TO CONTROL US, BOTHER US OR WRITE US UP FOR ANYTHING, BECAUSE IT SERVES NO GOOD CAUSE OR REASON TO DO SO. 

  MOST COPS ARE NOT OUT THERE ANNOYING US JUST BECAUSE THEY CAN.

THAT IS GREAT POLICE LAW ENFORCEMENT WHEN COPS DON'T BOTHER WITH TRIVIAL MATTERS. 

    WHILE ALL AROUND US LIVES ARE ENDANGERED & HARMED BY TONS OF CRIMINALS THAT COME HERE BECAUSE OF THE GREAT CONCENTRATION OF WEALTH, MATERIAL OBJECTS AND VALUABLES THAT COME WITH MASSIVE GENTRIFICATION.

    Okay, these folks are using flowery words like SF FAMILY and what not, but remember, the man who is organizing this may mean well, but he has not lived among us for many years and decades, as the rest of us have, here in San Francisco.

    He (Gopman) also has admitted recent, prior bias, if not hatred or anger towards our homeless, but now claims 'he's seen the light'.   

     And he may have, and he's spent some time inside homeless world, as observer, but don't mistake that for the decades of in depth experience that thousands of you residents have in our city, deep in homeless, shelter, human services and city, state and county programs and agencies, that these folks coming to us with THEIR WAYS AND IDEAS AND THEIR SOLUTIONS do not have.

    BRING WHAT YOU WANT AND KNOW TO THE TABLE TO MAKE SURE WE GET WHAT WE ALREADY KNOW WE WANT AND NEED, AT COST, NOT TO ENABLE MEGA PROFITS TO RUN PROGRAMS THEY LIKE DOWN OUR THROATS, AS THEY'VE DONE FOR DECADES NOW.   

       BE AWARE AND DOUBLE CHECK EVERY FACT AND PERSONA AND CORPORATE OR NON-PROFIT BACKER, SPONSOR OR PROGRAM THEY APPROACH US WITH BEFORE WE AGREE TO ANYTHING!

   And he's already linked up to not-from-here ideas and organizations, so, this looks like they wish to present their plans for all of us... but, we need to make sure WE, THE PEOPLE, are the ones who present them, with what we want, where we are, as we are... we must inform them of OUR NEEDS from our point of view where we are at now....     

   They may try to get us all to go move into some complexes they're doing with government - private partnerships FOR PROFITS which means costs for what they 'provide' for us, will always increase, being controlled by bankster faux market values.

   The National Coalition on Homelessness says the majority of all human service programs FAIL because they are not created, designed, managed and operated by local clients, themselves.

   Every time out of towners or newbies come with big programs to solve problems that locals did not create, they fail.   Meaning, they make megabucks for organizers, managers, investors and tax agents... but over time, they fail and collapse on the clients, then there's another crisis and more new top down, not-from-here programs are introduced as 'the next homeless solution'.

      Okay, our teams are meeting with peers and local groups to make sure THE PROGRAMS are to be not for profit and are at lowest cost possible and must be owned, operated and managed by OUR LOCAL PEOPLE and must enable us all to be where we are and stay where we are and not be transported in and out of targeted zones for development or condos, et cetera.   

    Remember, the Elite in our city have hijacked every good program, process, campaign and 'town hall' meetings we've had over decades, to ensure their needs and profit motives are met, ahead of our critical human needs.  

         We saw that with the 'train' to reform the shelters, after we, the people, with Eric Bayer started the SF Power Group (which got our most hardcore folks off the streets and fully housed and employed or enrolled in school in 11 to 20 weeks, with natural foods, self direction and at one tenth of the cost of any other program to date with a 75% success rate).

     And again with the SF Shelter Standards of Care Workshops and Laws that we, the people created, that The Elite wanted to block with then Mayor Gavin Newsom's Veto, which didn't happen.  We passed that law that we wrote and both of the 'from-the-people up' campaigns became world class models.  

  So, we're dealing with CORPORATE TYPES who have a certain nature, no matter how much they may be changing... BE AWARE.

 BE PREPARED FOR ADD ON PROGRAMS THAT COST US MORE AND COME FROM OUTSIDE THE MINDS OF OUR PEOPLE (i.g. Agenda 21, behavior modification, public safety programs from New York, Sweden, et al) that DON'T work here.

    Give us what we know we need and want, how we want it is how programs work best here... we're reasonable adults capable of explaining what we need... we don't need others telling us what we want or what they're going to do for us...

         In Colorado recently, elite burdens of 'legalization' upon cannabis actually harmed the patients, especially those with little or no income, when medical cannabis reached up to $500 per ounce.

         Look at this newly numbered (released Feb 5, 2015) state bill AB266 ( aka AB26) that at first glance is a Re-Vamping of last years AB26, which would have destroyed all of our personal and community and family rights to cannabis in our own collectives.

BOTTOM LINE: WHY THEY WANT YOU TO LET THEM PASS STATE LAWS...

        The elite want you all to BE FORCED TO PAY INTO OBAMACARE which would enable them to bill medicare for your cannabis useage (even if they jack it up with taxes and expenses up to beyond $500 per ounce -- they don't care if taxpayers fund the next series of bad cannabis law frauds they are implementing in California and from coast to coast), no matter how much it costs.

They intend to Destroy all non-elite commercialized, non-profit, community or collective growing, sharing, healing and enjoyment of cannabis, unless you get their permission, pay their fees, pay them taxes which will be misused (as they've been for decades now) and funneled into sweetheart corporate deals, disguised as public works.

The end result of their 'new state laws' will be to maintain the financial, legal, bureaucratic frauds and enable monopolies bankrolled by the usual suspect banksters to TAKE OVER all things cannabis.

They will escape taking responsibility for 80+ years of horrendous, gut wrenching frauds (financed by taxpayers) that caused over 50 million of us to be arrested, harassed, demonized, beaten, killed and had our lives, families, land and homes ripped away from us, by their Organized Legal and Prison System building frauds.

THE 'RACKETEERING MODEL' OF GRANTS, BANKERS, DEPUTIES AND INVESTORS WE DOCUMENTED IN SANTA CRUZ – ALSO HAPPENS FROM COAST TO COAST in 3,000 U.S. Counties.

       The most recent real life modern example of these ongoing frauds (in all 3,000 U.S. Counties) we can cite here -- is the one in which our own legal and investigative teams SAW and OVERHEARD Santa Cruz County Planners, Bank Manager, Real Estate reps and Santa Cruz County Sheriffs' Deputies --

ALL OF THEM TOGETHER... Plotting and planning how to use red tags (vis a fake failed sceptic tank inspections); by 'burying the land owners with paperwork and expenses to fight wrongful evictions; 'drug house' labelling and local business groups 'targeting' of homes and land upon which there are low income, elderly, disabled owners and renters mixed into other rentals by drug addicts, et cetera. It was disgusting to witness.  And having worked inside these banks and corporations for decades, we know its happening in almost all of our 3,000 U.S. Counties, right now.   Ask the folks in your community who have been targeted for cannabis arrests, evictions and unusual mistreatment by local authorities to see what's up where you live.

        All of them, working in concert to STEAL HOMES that have been pre-targeted, using so-called 'Drug Eradication' Grants from Uncle Sam, to finance the R.I.C.O. (Racketeering Operations). All faith in a legitimate federal law enforcement system disappeared for us and our peers, as we saw the entire operation, players, tactics and movements played out before our eyes... out there in the hills and later on in the federal cases brought against them all and other such exposures.

       Like I said, we SAW and OVERHEARD all this and reported it to California State Attorney General Kamala Harris. By we, I mean myself, our legal investigative team, neighbors and our attorney, who we're proud to announce was just accepted to Practice in the U.S. Tax Court.

        So, now, when you share your real life mortgage, bank, drug war or cannabis prohibition fraud information with us -- we can all blow whistles on the corrupt in government AND assist in the legal processes of others -- the ones who make megabucks (especially off of OUR CANNABIS) and fail to pay their taxes or do other frauds to hide the money they give to our politicians and others involved in these Great Crimes against us all.

The entire cannabis situation, past, present and the road the elite have planned for us are all frauds. The Elite who made fortunes by stealing your natural rights to cannabis 80+ years ago and who put you all in jail for their pleasure, not for justice or to protect the public. They are the same families who are trying be KINGS OF CANNABIS and claim cannabis as their own.

      For Justice, Balance and Freedom to happen, millions of us realize that the only Right Choice for us -- is to END ALL PROHIBITIONS, seek damages for cannabis prisoners and taxpayers who funded these frauds since 1934 and insure no state passes laws that infringe upon our pre-existing rights.

       To NOT seek Justice and Reparations and let the elite take over cannabis and get richer at our expense without a care, would be another crime and a failure of our Duties to be people of honor and respect and justice.

      To take back what the corrupted have destroyed and hogged for themselves.

    Time For us all to 'be real' and admit the entire affair of prohibitions, drug wars and other nonsense, was not for public safety.   It was all a fraud of the elite to get into our lives so deep that we can't even breath. It's time for us all to sober up and be adult and righteous about our future with cannabis.

          It's OURS and it's time to Take It All Back to our selves and our local communities.

       If we don't the costs of cannabis will keep rising and all our poor, sick, elderly and long time growers, patients and healers will always be a slave to the elite's price fixing and taxing and policing controls, that none of us need or want.

       We must take back all the rights we had before the onslaught of their government sponsored 'evil weed' frauds that all taxpayers paid for -- and they used the public to take away cannabis and replace it with man made toxic chemicals, fuels, fabrics, liquor, narcotics, etc. that also maimed, KILLED and incarcerated millions of us.

      Since 1934 or so, How Many Cannabis Patients suffered or were forced onto killer pharma drug or illicit narcotics or alcohol abuse only because of the Government-Corporate's Frauds and cruel raids and incarcerations of people who posed no threat; and had caused no harm to anyone else in their community ?

    That's in addition to using violent, militarized rogue police powers and asset seizure drug war grant frauds to take away the home, land, cars, children and liberties of over 50 million americans over the past 80+ years.

All of it and Today's New State Laws -- are all part of ongoing taxpayer funded frauds, planned out and conducted by state and federal government agencies and their bankster corporate partners in real estate and mortgage crimes.
