Share Stories of SF Officials, SFPD Violating Human Rights-Abuse & Kidnapping in 2016

We've been monitoring the conduct and behavior of our Mayor Edwin Mah Lee and our San Francisco Board of Supervisor Members towards our most vulnerable sector of our residents, being those of us who are homeless and poor.

Keeping in mind that it was this Mayor (and others higher up in state government) who MADE CASH for themselves by supporting the rapid Importation of more than 15,000 Foreign Workers into our communities, which CREATED 20,000+ New Homeless.

To MOVE PEOPLE against their will on the street or from one place to another for Business Profits is a GROSS VIOLATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS.

It is a Felony often called False Imprisonment;  False Arrest;  Kidnapping.    If you or I do that to another Human Being, we'd be arrested and may be charged with multiple felonies.

No Human in San Francisco has the right to force another human being to move without great cause to protect life or prevent a serious, imminent harm.    This includes shortsided or paid off politicians in office or cops in uniform.

If they force YOU to move without a genuine public safety cause, they are acting out crimes whether they realize or acknowledge it or not.   They are GUILTY of Crimes Against Humanity and other local and state and federal laws.

Educate yourself on the laws they are breaking while being paid tax dollar salaries and pensions.   Here are 3 ways to help keep you and your property safe, while homeless.

   1.   DO NOT SLEEP OR BE ALONE.  Easiest way to be abused is to be alone.

   2.  ALWAYS HAVE FOLKS WITH VIDEO CAMS AND CELL PHONE VIDEO DEVICES COSE BY.   Proving what happens makes all the difference to win any case or conflict.

   3.  DOWNLOAD THE ANDROID APP "CELL 411" TO CREATE NETWORKS FOR HELP & LIVE STREAM RECORDING OF ALTERCATIONS WITH CRIMINALS ON OUR STREETS OR INSIDE SRO HOTELS.

    4.   KEEP A JOURNAL.   Take notes every day on what you see city workers, cops, case workers, social workers DO and SAY TO YOU.   Note the date and time and people's names.   Get in the habit of asking every city or non-profit worker you see their names. Share your notes with TRUSTED peers in your community.

CA Federal Suits- Best Practices For Human Rights; Homeless Support Groups & Students Series -

From SFHomeless@zoho.com -  HAPPY SAINT PATRICK'S DAY - Hope this information save yer arses from Tyranny on the Streets of San Francisco and the village where you live.   BE SAFE. BE TOGETHER.

Best Practices For Human Rights; Homeless Support Groups & Students Series -

Shows us all how a few dozen simple folks used anger, public outcry and a federal law suit to shut down public servants who abused them.

Public Servant Workers in Fresno, California, mistreated their own people for 40 years.

Their belongings bulldozed during 'shock' camp; sidewalk; park sweeps and worse.

Illegal practices were used and ordinances were passed to meet needs of business and politicians, similiar to unConstitution laws like Sit & Lie.

When Fresno's homeless residents had enough & demonstrated unity and courage, they sued for multiple Constitutional grounds.

A very Angry & Honorable Judge issued Orders for Conduct which applies to ALL government servants.

Proving once again, Constitution Trumps Well Meaning but Bad Acting Public Servants Every Time.  All True Power Comes From People, not money, greed or materialistic fantasies,

Fresno homeless, disabled, veterans, mentally ill & poor were given million dollar cash award  ($500 Each) & APARTMENTS, not tiny SRO Hotels.

Mayor Alan Autry (aka Deputy Bubba from Heat of The Night Show, starring Carroll O'Connor) held a press conference after the court orders & award was announced.  He promised to accept the Homeless People's plans for their needs and that The City Of Fresno would honor Their Will and help obtain funding for their health & housing.

Hopefully, with much better care, compassion and understanding & respect from now on.  Relentless Public Empowerment, Oversight & Enforcement are crucial & mission critical.

This is how common people stand up and use common sense and Our Glorious Constitutions to not only right the wrongs & stop the abuse for themselves, but as a model for the world.  This is Self Empowerment.

We suggest you read the 16 or so personal briefs filed by the people themselves.

See for your self what corruption, abuse & tyranny under the color of authority looks like, when people suffer because of other people's hatred and need to bully or control people who appear to be weaker.

1st US Mayor, HUD Official, Federal Judge 'Get' Social Justice for Suffering Residents

This is a profound moment in U.S & World History demonstrating that every person with or without money, home or wealth are entitled to Equal Protection, under our Federal and State Constitutions. In Fresno, California in 2008, we have a duly elected Mayor Autry and a US District Court Judge Wanger who saw fit to right a series of wrongdoings by City Workers involving the raids and taking of property where people with nowhere safe to go were attempting to just live, be and to be left alone. All people, regardless of if they have a job or money now, last week, last month or last year have inalienable rights to life (liberty and pursuit of happiness) and other constitutional protections. To live safely somewhere even if they have no money or great material wealth. To any person, agency or groups to be told or actually do mistreat any other person, home-less or not, or take their personal property without due process is guilty of great moral and legal offenses demanding justice, compensation & remedy to protect us all.

clipped from http://www.aclunc.org/cases/active_cases/kincaid_v._fresno.shtml Kincaid v. Fresno June 6, 2008 A U.S. district judge gave preliminary approval June 6 to a $2.35 million class-action settlement between a class of hundreds of homeless Fresno residents and the City of Fresno and the California Department of Transportation. The court had already determined that Fresno’s practice of immediately seizing and destroying the personal possessions of homeless residents was unconstitutional. Funds from the settlement will go to individual plaintiffs whose belongings were destroyed in the illegal sweeps, as well as into an account to provide housing and medical care to the approximately 225 class members. During oral argument on April 25, 2008, Judge Oliver W. Wanger of U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of California declared that “the practice of announce, strike, seize [and] destroy immediately is against the law.” Personal property, including essential medications, family photographs, and vital documents had been confiscated by police and city workers.
