Pilot program that is looking for volunteer coordinators and funding sources for start-up, short term and long term funding. Also looking for partners in communities, law enforcement, journalism and legal industries to make sure the program succeeds in placing a very high priority on the elimination of crime in places where the most vulnerable members of community live and work. This will become a model for other cities after it has proven itself in San Francisco's homeless community, shelters, resource centers, housing and drug programs for the elderly, veterans, mentally ill, disabled, poor and homeless residents of San Francisco where millions are spent on facilities and resources that are being wasted and pfilfered by organized crime groups, inside the offices and facilities of our City's tax funded and donation funded non-profit service providers. We are talking about millions of dollars in funds and unreported criminal profits and diversion of funds, resources and embezzlement. And to mention, the loss and harm caused to the residents and participants of these programs whom are being intimidated, sold drugs, forced to sell drugs and routinely being robbed and denied services by the people that control the theft, graft, corruption and drug sales, from inside our City's programs and services.
